Tummy time is so much fun!

Chris loves his cube...nicknamed the "All-spark"
(from the movie Transformers...one of our favorite movies to watch in the old home theatre)

Anything he likes goes straight to his mouth.
Monthly teddy bear picture.

Chris has mastered being adorable while stretching his drool to impressive lengths.
We have started reading to Chris more and he enjoys it.
...so it goes in his mouth
Chris sits with assistance for short time spans
Then gym, tan, laundry?
First pool time with Daddy...sporting the cool sunglasses of course
Just chillin...enjoying the pool.
Chris and Mema
Cuddling with Daddy because playing in the sun takes it out of a boy!
Plus Daddy's chest hair is so soft!
Awww...how cute! But if Chris keeps taking after Tom we
are going to have our hands very full for the next 20 years!

Chris still loves the Cardinals!
One last adorable picture.
Chris is still being a good baby. He sleeps through the nights about 70% of the time. Some nights he wakes up hungry, so we feed him and he goes straight back to bed. We weighed him in this morning and according to our scale he weighs 15 pounds 2.5 ounces! So Big! He loves to stand and kick his legs while lying on his back. This morning I woke up to find him turned 90 degrees in his crib kicking the side and throughly enjoying himself.
We have had a very busy summer so far. We took our first family road trip to Minnesota for my cousin Danielle's wedding. Chris did great through out the whole ceremony...except at the very end. When Mr. and Mrs. Dotson was officially announced and everyone started clapping, Chris freaked out and started screaming...I guess the sudden loud noise caught him off guard. We took him to the reception and he fell asleep for about 3 hours, so we got to enjoy our dinner and cupcakes.
